Gaming models we review
Choose yours when you start. The documents we ask for adapt to your model, your jurisdictions and whether you hold licenses.
Eligibility depends on your specific gaming model, the jurisdictions you operate in, licenses where required, legal review, and underwriting approval. Nothing in this portal is an approval or a determination that a gaming model is lawful.
What you will need
- Owner government ID, ownership and formation documents, EIN letter
- Voided check or bank letter and recent bank statements
- Processing statements if you have processed cards before
- Terms, privacy, refund, responsible-gaming and official rules
- Age and geo controls, KYC / AML procedures, payout and redemption flow
- A legal opinion — or the state licenses that authorize your model

- Documents are private: no public links, short-lived signed downloads only
- SSN, date of birth, license and bank numbers are entered at signing, placed only in your signed PDF, and never stored in our database
